John Sarver

John Sarver's work experience begins in 2002 when they joined the US Navy as a Supply Officer, serving for four years and gaining experience in logistics and supply chain management. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an Operations Group Leader at Target Distribution, where they co-managed a team and oversaw the processing of high-valued merchandise in a distribution center. In 2007, Sarver joined Time Warner Cable Media Sales as an Operations Manager, Digital and Traffic. In this role, they led a team of over 30 traffic coordinators, ensuring the success of cable advertising campaigns and implementing innovative technologies. Sarver then transitioned to HealthSpot, a startup, where they held various roles including Sr. Program Manager, Account Manager, and Data Analysis Lead. John worked in this capacity from 2013 to 2015, gaining experience in program management and account management. Sarver then pursued independent consulting, focusing on small business management and strategy development. In 2017, they joined Illumination Works as a Client Executive, providing strategic IT consulting to government and commercial sectors. John later became the Director of Operations at Expeed Software in 2018, where they focused on software engineering, analytics, and digitization solutions for clients. Most recently, in 2021, Sarver served as the Operations Lead at Emblem Athletic.

John Sarver attended Nordonia High School, although the years they attended were not provided. Following high school, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from Ohio University, studying there from 1995 to 1999. In 2000-2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Ohio University. Lastly, they completed their Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2008 to 2010.
