Minh N. has a diverse range of work experience. They started as a Graduate Assistant at Franklin University in 2016, where they assisted faculty in course development and design, conducted research on computer science courses, and presented their findings. They also worked as a Desktop Technician at Franklin University, where they installed and distributed technology to users, performed hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensured efficient user work.
Minh N. then moved on to work at AWH as a Project Coordinator/Client Advocate in 2014. In this role, they served as a product owner, support manager, account manager, and project manager for various applications and clients. They were responsible for providing client updates, facilitating meetings and conference calls, and managing a team of contract designers.
Prior to that, Minh N. participated in the Ohio International Consulting Program at Ohio University in 2014. They conducted industry and market research for Turning Technologies, presented findings to upper management, and mentored students in the Global Leadership Center Class.
Minh N. completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Franklin University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Minh N. pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ohio University between 2010 and 2014. In addition to Minh N.'s formal education, they obtained a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in October 2022.
