Andrew P. is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in UX design and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal UX Designer and ERG Leader at Expel, Andrew co-leads a mental health employee resource group called "The Connection." Previous roles include Senior UX Designer at Optum, where Andrew focused on enhancing outcomes within the User Experience Design Studio, and User Experience Manager at Binary Defense, where Andrew successfully recruited and mentored a junior researcher. Andrew's background also includes positions at Society of Grownups, Telerik, and FirstEnergy, where contributions ranged from designing user-friendly systems to developing data models for insights.
