Fred House

Fred House currently serves as Vice President of Detection Engineering & Innovation at Expel, a role commenced in May 2024. Previously, Fred held the position of Senior Director at Trellix from June 2013 to April 2024, leading product research and operations in the Advanced Research Center. Fred's prior experience includes Senior Director roles at FireEye, Inc., and Mandiant, focusing on strategy, research, and operational aspects of detection engineering solutions. Additional experience spans positions at SRA, CACI, Voice & Mobile Broadcast Corporation, Blackstone Technology Group, and American Management Systems, honing skills in software development, web services, and systems integration, primarily for government and defense clients. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
