Mia Benedict has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of coaching and human resources. Their most recent position was as a Principal People Partner at Expel, where they currently work. Prior to that, they founded and worked as a coach at Maximize Coaching, where they focused on assisting leaders, career changers, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Mia also served as a Coach & Consultant at The Greenberg Group (TGG), where they provided leadership coaching and consulting services. Mia also had a role as a Senior People Business Partner at Turntide Technologies, supporting various functions within the organization. Mia's earlier experience includes roles at Marriott International, where they worked as a Market Learning Manager, Performance Development Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. Mia started their career as an intern in the Human Resources departments of Marriott International and Infinity Technology, LLC.

Mia Benedict holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
