Trevor Ackerman

Trevor Ackerman is a seasoned software reliability engineer with extensive experience in cloud-native architectures and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Reliability Engineer at Expel since April 2024, Trevor has developed a Go-based gRPC service to facilitate customer data integration and created reusable observability modules for Prometheus/Grafana dashboards. Previously, as a Staff Software Reliability Engineer at Gro Intelligence, Trevor implemented Kubernetes and streamlined developer workflows. Experience also includes significant roles at Stateless, Workiva, zingFit, Comcast, Pivotal Labs, and Zia Consulting, where Trevor contributed to cloud migration, data pipeline engineering, RESTful API development, and multi-tenant CDN platforms. Trevor holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
