Eric Segonds

Eric Segonds is currently the Directeur Grands Comptes at Experconnect, a position they have held since 2025. Before this, they spent 25 years at CEGOS, where they served in various roles including Manager of the Training Department and Director of Projects, specializing in blended training engineering and the development of corporate training schools. Eric began their career at FDJ, working from 1992 to 2000 as Responsable Formation, overseeing training for a commercial network and managing a team. They hold a 3ème Cycle in Human Resource Management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion du Personnel and a Maîtrise in Philosophy from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
