Eric Thouvenel has dedicated over 40 years to advising SMEs and their leaders, beginning their career in development before joining KPMG in 1981. Through a robust background in auditing, Eric transitioned to consulting, guiding executives on transformations, financing, and strategic directions across various sectors in France. Eric led national accounting activities for the mid-market at KPMG until the end of 2020, culminating in the structuring of national consultancy activities for SMEs. In January 2021, Eric joined Experconnect, focusing on leveraging senior expertise to support the demographic transition and connect experienced professionals with younger generations. Currently retired, Eric continues to find fulfillment in offering support and guidance.
