Andrew Casey

Andrew Casey is an experienced executive in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Global Head of M&A at Experian since January 2009. Previously, Andrew held various leadership roles within Experian, including Head of Corporate Development for North America and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for the UKI and EMEA regions, where responsibilities included developing inorganic growth strategies and executing transactions such as mergers and joint ventures. Prior to joining Experian, experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Banc of America Securities, focusing on financial sponsors and leveraged finance, and serving as a Captain in the US Army at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, along with additional coursework at The Wharton School.
