Andy Strumnik is a Global People Technology Manager at Experian, leveraging over 12 years of HRIS experience to drive change and improve processes. They have held various roles, including Global Talent Acquisition Technology Lead and Project Manager, where they successfully managed the implementation of new talent acquisition systems globally. Andy began their career as a Front-End Web Developer at Publicis and has since contributed to significant HR technology projects at multiple organizations. They hold a First-class Honours degree in Business Information Systems from Leeds Beckett University.
