Ben Brown is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, project management, and product development. Having worked at Totemic from April 2010 to June 2011 in various roles including Case Officer, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, Campaign Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Team Leader, Ben excelled in enhancing operational efficiency and customer service. At Experian, from December 2018 to October 2021, the role of Change Partner focused on implementing agile change methodologies, followed by current responsibilities as Product Owner and Product Manager since November 2022.
