Derek Held

Derek Held is a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Experian, where they lead large security engineering projects and integrate security tools within cloud environments. Previously, they served as a Senior Security Engineer at Zonar Systems, transforming the information security program and managing corporate IT infrastructure. Derek also held roles at IOActive, Inc., and Diamond Marketing Solutions, where they managed IT projects and implemented security measures. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and are currently pursuing a Master's in Engineering and Technology Management at Washington State University.
