Ericka Gorman

Ericka Gorman, MBA, PMP, CBAP, is a seasoned executive in the credit union and financial services sectors, currently serving as a Credit Union Advisory Committee Member at Experian and an Advisory Committee Member at Neighborhood Concepts, Inc. Ericka holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Redstone Federal Credit Union, following a progressive career at Great Lakes Credit Union, where roles included Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Operations Officer. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Extensia Financial LLC, Alliant Credit Union, and Great Lakes Credit Union. Ericka's educational background features an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management and Human Resource Management from Columbia College, complemented by further studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
