Graham Sharp

Graham Sharp is the Global Innovation Director and a Master Black Belt at Experian, where they are responsible for training and mentoring up to Black Belt level across the UK&I and EMEA. Graham has developed global Lean Six Sigma training content and designed the Design Thinking sprint process. Previously, they held multiple roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Virgin Media, contributing to significant process improvements and managing teams. With a passion for training and mentoring, Graham enjoys helping others succeed in their professional journeys.
