Jon Coughlin has over two decades of experience in IT audit and operations, beginning with US Steel as an Operations Analyst and Systems Software Support Analyst from June 2000 to June 2003. Coughlin then spent nearly a decade at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Risk Services, leading IT assurance activities for Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries. Following Deloitte, Coughlin served as SVP and Technology Audit Director for both Infrastructure & Cyber Security and Applications at PNC from October 2012 to March 2018. Currently, Coughlin holds the position of Regional Head of Internal Audit for North America at Experian, starting in June 2023, after a prior role as Global Head of IT Audit at the same company from July 2020 to August 2023. Coughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Computer Systems Management from Grove City College and an MBA from Duquesne University.
