Karen Baker

Karen Baker is a transformational leader focused on driving industry-leading risk management, security threat mitigation, and governance practices across global organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Risk Management at Experian, they have extensive experience in senior global roles, including their time as Global Head of Technology Risk & Governance at Refinitiv and Executive Director of Global Risk Management at IFDS. Karen has a background in Financial Services, Wealth and Asset Management, and has worked with various organizations such as KPMG and HCL Technologies. A qualified master's graduate, Karen is a member of both the IRM and IIA.
