Lee Noble is an executive with over 20 years of experience in Agile Transformation, currently serving as Co-Chair of the East Midlands Regional Defence and Security Cluster. Previously, Lee held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Programme Management at LexisNexis, where they oversaw billion-dollar investment portfolios and led Agile transformations. Lee has also worked with the UK Ministry of Defence and Experian, successfully implementing Agile governance functions and enhancing operational efficiency. They hold a degree in Computing and Information Technology from The Open University.
