Michelle Cook, CBAP, is a Senior Implementation Specialist at Experian, where they focus on creating exceptional experiences for the Employer Services portfolio. Previously, they worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at ADP, providing strategic oversight and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. With a background in data analysis and systems integration, Michelle has also served as an Information Services Support Specialist at Orlando Health and a Data Reporting Specialist at Summit Broadband.
