Rayanne Steele currently serves as Sr. Director and Global HR Business Partner at Experian, where responsibilities have included overseeing various corporate functions and consumer services divisions since joining in April 2011. Prior to Experian, Rayanne held the position of Director of Culture & Performance at Alere Health, LLC, focusing on health management services, from September 2007 to April 2011. Rayanne holds a BA in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento, an AA in Liberal Studies from Orange Coast College, and a Professional Coaching Certification from the University of Strathclyde.
