Simon Alvarez is an experienced data management and customer service professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Data Management Supervisor and formerly as Audit & Risk Supervisor at Experian since August 2016, Simon leads a team of auditors to ensure Quality Assurance for the Experian Chile Contact Centre.
