Steve Cornwell is the Global Head of Fraud Risk Management at Experian, bringing over 20 years of experience in credit, operational, regulatory, financial crime, and fraud risk across the UK and international financial services. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director and Head of Fraud Risk Management at Standard Chartered Bank, and held leadership positions at TSB Bank and Lloyds Banking Group. Steve has completed various professional post-graduate qualifications in Risk Management and Financial Crime, and is a fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and the International Compliance Association. Their expertise has driven significant improvements in fraud detection and prevention capabilities throughout their career.
