Upavan Gupta, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Analytics Consulting at Experian, leading initiatives in GenAI innovation and housing market analytics. With a robust background in data and analytics, Upavan has previously held roles as Information Management Lead at HSBC and Software Engineer at the University of South Florida, where they contributed to the development of reporting infrastructures and predictive models. They earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of South Florida, alongside an M.S. in the same field. Upavan began their career as a Research Assistant focused on online education systems.
