Virgil Smith

Virgil Smith has extensive experience in IT operations and team leadership, having worked in various roles at Experian South Africa, Auto-Mate, BankservAfrica, and BankServ. Currently serving as the IT Ops Team Lead at Experian South Africa, Virgil is responsible for managing a diverse workforce, implementing processes and programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing maintenance of applications and systems. Prior to this, Virgil held the title of IT Bureau Operator where Virgil performed similar duties.
