Wayne Pickering

Wayne Pickering, an Associate member of the CIPD, is currently a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Experian. They have previously served as an Employee Relations Advisor at Entain, where they provided guidance on employee relations matters and developed policies to foster a positive work environment. Prior to that, Wayne worked as a Banking Consultant at Halifax, assisting customers with their banking needs and financial awareness. Throughout their career, Wayne has focused on conflict resolution, policy development, and compliance with labor laws.
