Dan Wolfson

Dr. Dan Wolfson is a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in New York City, specializing in grief, loss, trauma, and relational challenges among teens, adults, and families. Currently, they serve as the Mid-Atlantic region Clinical Director of Experience Camps for Grieving Children, focusing on support for those who have experienced significant loss. Previously, Dr. Wolfson was a supervising staff psychologist at Rennicke & Associates and an adjunct faculty member at NYU's Center for Counseling. They completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University's Center for Complicated Grief, where they developed expertise in Complicated Grief Treatment, and have provided therapeutic services in various educational and clinical settings for over a decade. Dr. Wolfson's contributions to the field have been recognized through their advisory roles for various grief resources and media features.
