Gavin Yates is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Finance at Experience Co, an ASX-listed adventure tourism business, Gavin has previously held significant positions at Centennial, including Consultant and Group Financial Controller, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, strategic planning, and corporate development within the energy and mining sectors. During a decade at EY, Gavin specialized in Transaction Advisory Services, leading numerous accounting and financial due diligence projects for diverse clients. Early career internships at The Coca-Cola Company, Zurich Insurance, and EY laid a strong foundation in finance and accounting. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and has completed a Graduate Diploma in the CA Program, along with education from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
