Rohit Bhat has extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. ROHIT began their career in 2011 as a Quality Analyst at Genesys International, where they were responsible for requirement understanding, test design, and defect management. ROHIT then joined Experience Commerce and held various roles such as Lead Quality Analyst, Manager Quality Analyst, and Manager QA and Products, where they managed teams and was involved in planning, designing, and executing tests.
In 2013, Rohit joined Financial Technologies India ltd as an Associate Consultant-ESG, where they focused on manual and performance testing of websites and mobile applications. ROHIT returned to Experience Commerce in 2014 as Director of Product Management, taking on a dual role in digital product management and QA process management. In this role, they were responsible for product growth strategies, roadmap planning, cross-functional team management, user-centric design, and E2E product lifecycle management.
Throughout their career, Rohit has demonstrated a strong focus on ensuring quality and on-time delivery of projects. ROHIT has experience in stakeholder communication, user research, market analysis, and defining product metrics. In their most recent role, they became solely responsible for product quality and decision-making.
ROHIT BHAT attended the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology. ROHIT also completed a diploma in Software Testing from Seed Infotech in 2011. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2023, Exploring Customer Journey Mapping, Maximizing Value with A/B Testing, The Essential Role of the Agile Product Owner, and Innovating with Lean Product Management from Skillsoft in November 2022. ROHIT also obtained certifications in Preparing and Implementing a Business Plan, Product Management: An Overview, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap and Agile Product Management, Product Management: Building a Product Strategy, Product Management: Communication for Product Managers, Product Management: Competitive and Market Analytics for Product Managers, Product Management: Create a Go-to-Market Plan, Product Management: Designing and Running Experiments, Product Management: Market Research Basics, Product Management: Metrics for Product Managers, and Product Management: Understanding and Developing Customers from Skillsoft in October 2022. Additionally, they acquired the Scrum Master: Scaling Scrum Teams certification from Skillsoft in October 2022. Prior to that, in May 2014, they completed certifications in Commercial banking in India: A beginner's module and Financial Markets: A beginner's module from NSEIT LIMITED. In January 2012, they obtained the Istqb certification from the Indian Testing Board.
