Since 2012, Experience Institute has been at the forefront of designing transformational workplace learning programs that help individuals and teams unlock their full potential. Our mission is to reignite motivation and foster continuous growth at work. We achieve this through our signature experiential learning approach, Leaps, which empowers learners to develop critical skills, step out of their comfort zones, and make meaningful contributions.

Our programs start with interactive workshops, available both in-person and virtually, where employees build essential skills and adopt growth-oriented mindsets. Next, they take on a self-directed project – called a Leap – to apply their learning directly to real-world challenges in their work environment. Each program concludes with a reflection phase to solidify lessons, celebrate breakthroughs, and ensure lasting impact.
