Graham Peelle

Graham Peelle currently serves as the Head of Operations at Ei Digital, where responsibilities include optimizing daily business execution and enhancing productivity through strategic infrastructure and process implementation. Prior to this role, Graham advised on the North American launch of digital/AI employees at Empsing and served as a Leadership & Operations Advisor at Endeavor Strategic, empowering founders and executive leaders to scale their organizations. Graham's experience also includes a role as Director of Operations at Korn Ferry, focusing on talent acquisition for Fortune 50 companies, and teaching Economics and Business as an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
