Experience Life is an incorporated non-profit organisation NDIS provider of support for people with disabilities in Victoria. We actively uphold the aims of the NDIS to provide people with disabilities choice and control over how, when and where their supports are provided, and to ensure that these supports are
personalised, high quality, innovative and designed to enhance independence and social and economic participation.

Being a small organisation by choice, Experience Life invests in caring about and recognising each individual client, staff, committee member and volunteer. 

We work directly with individuals with disabilities and their families and enable people with disabilities to achieve their goals.

Experience Life believes that:
 People with disabilities have the right to participate in and be included in their families, their
communities, and mainstream society.
 All individuals, regardless of disability, have the capacity to live their own lives as they wish
if they are provided with fair and necessary supports.
 Services are more effective for the individual when delivered out in the community. We reject
centre-based services or other options that bundle people together based on disability or perceived need.

 Provide support staff who focus on the needs and well-being of our clients.
 Empower our clients by ensuring they are supported and directly involved in decision making that impacts on their lives.
 Focus on positive outcomes for people using their interests and strengths. We work productively with families, friends, advocates, and members of the community to help our clients to achieve their goals.
