Anam Shaikh

Anam Shaikh is currently the Head of People at ExperienceFirst, where they lead the people strategy and ensure an exceptional employee experience for a globally distributed team. With a background in building People functions in start-up environments, Anam previously held roles at companies such as FitXR, Lulu Guinness, and Immersive Gamebox, focusing on high-performance culture and employee engagement. Anam holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management. Early in their career, Anam gained experience as a telesales agent and face-to-face fundraiser, demonstrating a strong sales and communication foundation.
