Chelsey Smith is an experienced commercial professional currently serving as Head of Commercial at ExperienceFirst since July 2024. Previously, Chelsey held various leadership positions at City Sightseeing Worldwide from January 2018 to July 2024, including Head of Distribution, Head of Trade Sales, and Global Partnerships Manager. Prior to that, Chelsey was Guest Relations Manager at Luxury Latchi Villas and National Account Manager at Day Out With The Kids. Chelsey began a career in the travel industry with roles at Attraction World and TUI Travel PLC, where key responsibilities included sales management, account development, and training programs for trade partners. Educational background includes studies at Droitwich High School, Droitwich Sixth Form College, the TUI Management Access Program, and the University of Worcester.
