Kendra Cabler, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a robust background in consulting and leadership roles. Presently serving as Senior Manager of People Strategy - DEI at Etsy since January 2022, Kendra provides expert consultation to integrate inclusion into employee engagement and retention strategies. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of KBGeneration, Kendra focuses on enhancing organizational culture through DEIA principles. Past roles include Design Thinking Facilitator at ExperiencePoint, Organizational Development/DEI Consultant at Cook Ross, and Assistant Director for Access, Inclusion, and Community at VCU da Vinci Center.
