Tom Merrill

Tom Merrill is a Master Facilitator at ExperiencePoint, leading innovation training through immersive workshops centered on human-centered thinking since July 2019. Merrill serves as the Director of Music at Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church and has held the position of Executive Board Member as Secretary/Treasurer for the American Choral Directors Association since January 2017. Additionally, Merrill has been involved with Cincinnati Boychoir as a Board Member and previously served as Associate Provost for Academic Initiatives at Xavier University and Director of the Center for Innovation at the same institution. An accomplished educator, Merrill holds a D.M.A. in Choral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s degree from Rice University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.
