Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Welcome, a video engagement platform focused on digital storytelling since January 2020, Roberto also contributes as a Board Member for FamilyLife, providing strategic guidance to strengthen families worldwide. Previously, Roberto held key positions at Yahoo! as Sr. Director of Product Design, where leadership in mobile design significantly advanced the company's mobile-first strategy, and at Google as a Product Design Lead, enhancing user experience and security. As a Co-Founder of ELEO, Roberto developed events aimed at inspiring entrepreneurs, and an extensive 10-year tenure at Lockheed Martin provided foundational career growth.
