Chris Chang

Chris Chang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2005, Chang began their career as a Demand Planner at Pepsi Bottling Group, where they worked until 2007. Chris then joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Operations Project Services, later progressing to Associate, Executive Director, and ultimately Vice President in Business Architecture and Change Delivery.

In 2015, Chang ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded BeauGen Breast Pump Cushion, where they served as Chief Operating Officer until 2017. Following this, Chang joined North Highland as an Agile Transformation and PPM Consultant, contributing to the company's success until 2020.

In 2021, Chang co-founded TurboFinTech, assuming the role of Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Chris led numerous key responsibilities such as spearheading product development, creating custom trading signals, and writing product and customer requirements.

In 2022, Chang embarked on new endeavors as a Business Transformation Consultant at Experient Group and Chief Strategy Officer at Omega Cap LLC. These recent positions demonstrate their continued commitment to driving transformation and strategy within organizations.

Chris Chang earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, Chris became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Later that year, they completed the "From Ideas to Action - Bringing Ideas to Life Through Ideation and Prototyping" course at IDEO U. In 2019, they obtained the SAFe 4 Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, Chris acquired the Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification from Scrum.org.
