Rob Reader

Rob Reader has a wealth of experience in management consulting and project management. Rob is currently working as a Senior Program Management Consultant at Experient Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Southern Company from September 2020 to February 2022, where they provided project management support for a large transformational initiative. Rob previously worked as a Management Consultant at Experient Group from November 2019 to September 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Rob held various roles at Thought Logic Consulting, including Business Transformation Executive and Project & Program Management Practice Leader. Rob also worked as a Senior Principal, Engagement Manager at Daugherty Business Solutions from March 2015 to August 2016. Rob's earlier experience includes roles at The North Highland Company as a Principal from 2005 to 2015 and as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2010. Rob started their career at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) as a Manager from August 2000 to September 2004 and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant from July 1998 to August 2000. Rob also served in the US Navy Reserve as a Petty Officer Third Class from 1989 to 1996.

Rob Reader has a strong educational background in business and finance. Rob obtained an MBA in Marketing and Global Business Strategy from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, completing their degree from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Rob Reader has also obtained various certifications related to project management and agile methodologies. Rob earned the "PMP" certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005. More recently, in 2018, they obtained certifications such as "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)", "Scrum: The Basics", "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management", and "Agile Project Management Principles", all from LinkedIn.
