Leigh Cook

Leigh Cook is a Customer Experience and Innovation Strategy Leader with extensive experience in brand strategy, customer insight, and innovation for numerous global brands. Previously, Cook served as the Director of Marketing Strategy and Finance at Audio Adrenaline, where a creative audio services business was founded, and as the Director of Experience Strategy & Innovation at North Highland, achieving multiple awards for digital experiences. Currently, Cook is the Experience Strategy & Insights Lead at Experient, focusing on delivering world-class customer-centered solutions. Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is pursuing an MBA in Marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
