Prior to this, Frank worked as a Service Writer/Technician at Simply Mac - Apple Premier Partner from October 2012 to July 2016. Before that, Frank worked as a Retail Sales at T-Mobile from October 2009 to June 2013, where Frank provided customer service and helped customers with their cellphone needs.
