Jayan

Jayan MS has gained experience in various roles and positions throughout their career. Jayan began their journey as a Software Engineer at TiaTech in 2000 and then moved on to become a Lead Engineer at NeST Technologies in 2001. In 2007, they joined Avaya as a Lead Software Engineer, where they worked until 2010. After that, they worked at NeST as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they joined Experion Technologies and held multiple positions, starting as a Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2015, then as a Delivery Manager from 2016 to 2019, and further promoted to Vice President from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director Technology & Delivery Japan at Experion Technologies.

Jayan MS completed their education at two different institutions. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA). Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they attended the Board of Technical Education - Kerala, where they earned a Diploma in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Jayan MS has also obtained several certifications. In May 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In September 2020, they completed a course on Managing High Performers through LinkedIn. Most recently, in August 2023, they earned the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
