Before transitioning to a corporate career, Matthew was a professional baseball player with the Florence Freedom and New Haven County Cutters. Matthew has over a decade of experience in sales, training, and team building, leveraging skills developed through a successful sports career to drive talent recruitment and client relationships. Matthew earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Western New England College.
