Tye Mason

Tye Mason, Jr. has over a decade of experience in technical support and team management, with a significant tenure at Microsoft from October 2010 to December 2014 as the O365 Escalation Team Manager for North America, where responsibilities included managing a team of 35 engineers, coaching, and ensuring performance aligned with service level agreements.
