Brad Koster

Brad Koster has served as a Training and Development Specialist at Experity and DocuTAP since August 2010, developing and delivering engaging product-focused training for both clients and internal staff. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive training materials, producing instructional videos, and administering the learning management system while maintaining a high Net Promoter Score in New Employee Orientation. Koster also coordinates training schedules, hosts webinars, and facilitates lunch-and-learn events, ensuring continuous education on DocuTAP products. In addition, Koster has experience as a Client Executive, providing individualized training on DocuTAP software to clinic personnel. Koster attended the University of South Dakota from 1994 to 1996.
