George Simmons

George Simmons is a partner at Derby Management with over 25 years of experience in early-stage technology companies, having held roles such as President, COO, and CFO. They have successfully led various initiatives, including sales optimization and product line profitability studies, and served as an economic development consultant in multiple regions across the U.S. and Canada. Currently, George also advises at The Entrepreneurs Network, serves as a board member for InCrowd, Inc., and participates as a screening committee member for Launchpad Venture Group and Cherrystone Angel Group. They earned a BA in Political Science and Business, magna cum laude, from SUNY Fredonia.
