Sean Tidy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean began their career at Decision Research Corporation as a Computer Operator, where they managed data center and print systems. Sean then joined IMI Systems as a Computer Operator and Tech Support, providing support for DuPont and resolving system, network, and printer issues.
Sean then joined Convergys and held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Team Supervisor, Sr. Support Engineer, and Support Engineer. In this position, they led a team responsible for producing reporting for Microsoft Technical Support Programs, analyzed data for process improvement, and reported on project performance to clients.
Afterwards, Sean worked at CyraCom as an Information Systems Manager, where they created project plans, identified and resolved project issues and risks, and provided ongoing support for application and system operations.
