Sam Jacob

Sam Jacob is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering, data architecture, and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Expero since July 2018, Sam specializes in distributed big data technologies and has contributed to notable projects, including the Customer 360 application for an insurance provider. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Iconixx Software Corporation, where cloud-based SaaS compensation software was developed, and Delivery Consultant - Technical Architect at nGenera, focusing on ETL design and data modeling for Nationwide Insurance. Earlier positions include roles at Iconixx and EnterpriseWorks, with a strong foundation in Java, data processing, and cloud applications. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University.
