Nancy Moricette is an accomplished diversity, equity, and inclusion professional with extensive experience in diverse organizational settings. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at World Education Services since August 2022, Nancy also founded Áse Power Consult in 2014, where strategic organizational change initiatives are developed to enhance inclusive protocols. Additional roles include serving as a Diversity & Equity Expert at Expert Effect and an Executive DEI Facilitator at enrich. Nancy has worked with a variety of clients, including 211 San Diego and Homeboy Industries, facilitating trainings and workshops to address unconscious bias and foster inclusivity. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Roosevelt University, complemented by specialized training in diversity and inclusion.
