Risk Management Training

Our team of risk experts can design and deliver bespoke and in-house courses to suit your organisational needs. We can provide training for each of the traditional 3 lines of defence and the Board.

Expert Partners work closely with the Institute for Risk Management (IRM) and the GCC Board Directors Institute (BDI) to deliver a range of courses that are available to the Public.

Strategy

The strategic direction that an organisation takes can change, sometimes rapidly.

Agile organisations have a range of strategic options under active consideration. This enables organisations to maximise opportunities and to be resilient in the face of considerable uncertainty.

At Expert Partners, we can work with you to formulate a plausible range of strategic options for your organisation.

•	Is it time to expand the organisation?
•	Should restructuring be considered?
•	Is diversification the right move?
•	Have all forms of financing the organisation been assessed?
•	Is it time to realise the benefits already created and exit?

Turnaround

The Institute for Turnaround defines turnaround as the sustainable return to viability of an underperforming organisation.

Expert Partners, who are active members of the Institute for Turnaround, have considerable experience in turnaround assignments in the Public and Private sectors.

A turnaround assignment would typically involve:
1.	Diagnosing the problem
2.	Build Stakeholder confidence and support
3.	Stabilise the Finances
4.	Rehabilitation
5.	Articulate a Strategy for Growth
6.	Exit from Turnaround
