David Welsch is a highly experienced consulting technical writer with a strong background in technical documentation and software development. Currently at Expert Support since October 2019, David previously held positions at Cisco, including Senior Technical Writer, where significant contributions included writing documentation for software-defined networking (SDN) products and automating the conversion of extensive documentation to DITA format.
