Stephen Corkill

Stephen Corkill is an experienced P3M consultant currently serving within the NZ Defence Force's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, focusing on the development of P3M data management processes. With a strong history in various governmental organizations, including the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and NZ Police, Stephen has led significant projects such as PPM reporting strategies and capability uplift initiatives. Additional roles include programme management for hazardous substance development at Fire and Emergency NZ and managing multiple Investor Confidence Rating assessments, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of portfolio and project management across diverse sectors. Stephen holds a BSc in Computer Science from Massey University.
